Following the bills approval by the house it must be introduced and passed in congress at bottom the same congressional two year term and in the same form passed by the house. Next a bill is move to a rules committee of the House. The House Rules committal makes rules involving the succession of debate for the bill and the factors that can determine the outcome of the bill. The Rules Committee basically seems to set up rules so that the bill is not overly debated and so that the bill is not changed. There are many bills proposed and the House must ration their time on particular bills so that they dont fall behind.
The loudspeaker sets a date on a calendar as of when the House will debate the bill. On the debate solar day the House first votes on the rules set up by the Rules Committee.
After the approval of the rules each political party is prone the same amount of time to debate the bill and enkindle their points. Then the House votes on the bill. Assuming it is approved it is sent to the Senate and debated upon. After a lengthier debate than in the House the bill is voted on in the Senate.
Next the bill is presented to the President. The President can sign the bill passing it, take no natural process in which case it passes, veto the bill killing it, or pocket veto the bill by not signing it. A veto can be overridden if the senate and house two vote 2/3 to pass it. This is hard to move and bills are rarely passed which are vetoed. If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Orderessay
